Easy installation, having drama with the unit when I turn the car on Apple car play connects like it sure but there is no volume for the music I have to turn the car off and back on and then it decides to work, if there is something I can do to fix this please let me know or if this requires a new unit, thanks

1. Most likely that your iPhone’s audio output source isn’t set. To fix this swipe down from the top right corner of your phone screen, then tap the music playback widget and select the output source at the bottom to your car.
2. If that doesn’t work then it’s likely that your phone is connected to another Bluetooth source. We recommend disconnecting from all Bluetooth sources (including Novo Nav) and then reconnect to Novo Nav as this usually resolves most phone connection issues.
3. It’s possible that your Novo Nav is on mute. Simply click the volume up button on your Novo Nav unit.
4. Last thing to try is rebooting your Novo Nav unit by swiping down twice from the very top of the screen and then swiping to the right and you’ll see the reboot option.

Works brilliantly. Unit was simple to install. The reversing camera was trickier as the reverse lights are in the tail gate so running wires to connect them was more challenging
